Key Terms and conditions

Credit Card holder acknowledges and accepts that the insurance cover and processing of nomination claims are the obligations of the insurance company.

Credit Card holder undertakes to promptly notify SCB about any change in nomination which he wishes to make. In the event of a failure to notify SCB, the nomination details captured in this Webform shall be considered by the insurance company for insurance claim settlement, if any.

SCB shall send a SMS on the Credit Card holder’s mobile number registered in its records confirming successful submission of the nomination details.

In case of receipt of multiple nomination details submitted by a Credit Card holder, the details submitted last would be considered by the insurance company and will override existing nomination details, if any.

A Credit Card holder can nominate only one nominee at any given point in time. In case of multiple nominees names, the Webform will not get processed

In case the nominee is a Minor, the name of a Legal Guardian is mandatory.
