Any Priority banking customer who maintains an average FUM^ of INR 2.5 Cr and above will get access to the Enhanced Priority Program. Once you maintain the required FUM, the applicable privileges will automatically be enabled for you.

What is the process to upgrade from a Premium/Personal Banking to Priority Banking relationship?
You can contact your NRI Relationship Manager or call our Customer Care center and request for an upgrade.

How long will it take for my relationship upgrade to reflect?
Post your consent, the account upgrade will take up to 10 working days to reflect. You will receive an email notification from the bank once the upgrade has been processed.
