6Features/ Privileges offered as part of Priority Exclusives are subject to relevant Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) Select Benefits can be availed upon meeting the FUM qualification thresholds and upon undertaking at least 1 Debit Card/Credit Card spend in the last 12 month.
Following are the program qualification criteria for Priority Banking:
• Minimum monthly average FUM^ (Funds Under Management) of INR 50 Lakh (or)
• Minimum monthly salary credit into Standard Chartered Salary Account of INR 3 Lakh (or)
• Mortgage outstanding amount as below.
1. >= INR 4 Cr – Mumbai, Delhi
2. >= INR 3 Cr – Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata
3. >= INR 2 Cr – All other cities.

Please note:
• If one family member maintains the qualification/eligibility criteria, rest of the family members can enjoy Priority benefits. • At any point if outstanding balance falls below the amount mentioned, client must either restore the amount by way of top-up or meet the FUM qualification criteria. • Program maintenance charges will not be levied for clients holding Saving Accounts with a minimum monthly average balance of INR 5 Lakhs.
Once you become eligible for the Priority Banking program, bank will send you an email invite for upgrading your relationship with Standard Chartered. Post your consent for the upgrade, you will get full access to the program. Alternatively, you can also contact your RM or call our Customer Care center and request for an upgrade.
Post your consent, the account upgrade will take up to 10 working days to reflect. You will receive an email notification from the bank once the upgrade has been processed.
